Event Designer

We are looking for team members who would like to help design and plan our events together.

This role focuses on creating opportunities for participants to naturally connect with one another and bringing the social value of sport to life.

Main Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming ideas for event concepts

  • Designing programs and planning the event flow

  • Supporting event operations on the day

  • Reviewing events and proposing improvements

General Requirements

  • People who can communicate in English or Japanese (CEFR B1 level is needed)

  • Those interested in sharing and raising awareness about social issues.

Specific Requirements

  • People interested in sports, education, or international exchange.

  • Those who enjoy creating spaces where people can connect.

  • People who like generating and developing ideas.

  • Those who enjoy experimenting and working collaboratively in a team.

Notes

  • No prior experience is required.
    We welcome anyone who would like to challenge themselves by being part of the team that creates the space for these experiences.

We are looking for content creators to help share the story of Voice&Sport.
Capture our events, people, and ideas through photos, videos, or writing, and help us spread the power of sport to a wider audience.

Event Designer

We are looking for people who want to create meaningful experiences through sport.
As an Event Designer, you will help plan and shape events that encourage people to connect, challenge themselves, and take a step forward.

Athlete Ambassador

We are looking for athletes who want to give back through sport.
As an Athlete Ambassador, you will support Voice&Sport’s activities and help inspire others through events and community engagement.
